The lender recently introduced a USSD option for borrowers whereby new or existing users can now dial *872# to borrow or repay loans.
This comes at a time when the nation is grappling with the negative effects of Covid-19 whereby majority of businesses are either laying off workers or sending them on unpaid leaves.
