KYC Requirements

Individual/Joint

1. Copy of ID/Passport
2. Copy of bank statement
3. Proof of payment
4. PIN Certificate
5. Utility Bill/ Tenancy Agreement/ Physical Address Form

Corporate

1. Copy of registration certificate
2. Copy of ID for authorized signatories
3. Income tax exemption certificate (Optional)

Account Opening Options

USSD Code

1. Dial *793#
2. Select option 1 to accept ICEA Privacy policy
3. Enter your ID/Passport number
If any of the above document numbers is unavailable in ICEA mobile service records, you will be prompted to register
4. Select option 1 to proceed and register as a new customer
5. Select option 1 for investment
6. Select option 1 for Money Market
7. Select option 1 for Invest
You will be provided with two options to sign up for the DigiTrust Money market i.e Online or Call back from ICEA consultants

Online Service Portal

1. Navigate to the ICEA Self-Service Portal
2. Click on ‘Create Account’
3. Enter the required details such as
(First/last name, email, phone number, nationality, KRA PIN, ID/Passport number and passport)
4. Enter and confirm your password
5. Tick the checkbox to acknowledge that you have read and understood the online privacy agreement
6. Click on ‘Sign Up’

Application Forms

Fill in the application form, attach the relevant KYC documents and send to the email address unit-trusts@icealion.com
