KYC Requirements

Individual/Joint

1. Two color passport- sized photos
2. National ID /passport copy
3. PIN certificate copy
4. Birth certificate of minor (if applicable)
5. Tax- exemption certificate (if applicable)

Registration Options

USSD Code

1. Dial *895# and follow the prompts
2. Select option 1: Create Account
3. Select option 1: Hela Imara
4. Enter your full names in the format ( first, middle, last )
5. Enter your ID/Passport number
6. (Optional) Enter your KRA PIN
7. (Optional) Enter your email address
8. Enter your residential address
9. Enter your occupation & employer
10. Select your source of income from the list of provided options
11. Confirm your details by selecting option 1 to proceed

Mobile App

1. Download and install the G-Kuze app ( Playstore / Appstore )
2. Click on ‘Create Account’
3. Proceed to enter the required details such as; first/last name, email address, username & password
4. Enable the toggle to acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to the app’s terms and conditions
5. Tap on ‘Create Account’
6. Click on the email verification link you will receive

Application Forms

Fill in the application form, attach the relevant KYC documents and send to the email address clientrelations@genghis-capital.com

GenCap Hela Imara Deposit/Top Up Options

Gencap Hela Imara MMF only allows four official deposit methods to one’s account. Such options include; cheque, cash deposit, direct bank transfer(EFT/RTGS) and M-Pesa.

In addition, no cash should be deposited via any Genghis capital employee/agent as well as third party cheques should not be used for deposits.

GenCap Hela Imara Withdrawal Options

Withdrawal of funds can be done via two options. i.e G-Kuze app and email instructions whereby withdrawal requests take between between 2-4 days to be processed upon receipt of the request.

1st withdrawals are usually free while future withdrawals within the same month will incur additional charges.

GenCap Hela Imara View Statement Options

Once an account has been opened, a statement of investment will be sent to the investor on the 5th of every month via email. Copies of statements can also be viewed online , via G-Kuze app or by request.
