Before proceeding, you must ensure that your PayPal email address is verified and is similar to the one used for your Equity bank account.
- Go to the Equity self service portal ( If you are not registered, go to Equity bank customer service desk and have them activate it for you)
- Enter your email address & password and click ‘Login’
- A One time password (OTP) will be sent to your registered mobile phone number.
- Enter this code into the empty OTP field box and click ‘Verify Account’
- Once logged into your account, click on the PayPal menu located at the left side of the screen.
- Click on ‘Withdraw Service’
- Select your PayPal account from the drop down menu.
- Enter Amount to be withdrawn.
- Click ‘Accept’
You will receive a notification stating that your withdrawal from PayPal of USD ***** was successful. Your bank account balance will be credited with the amount within 3 business days.
