This is HELB’s official app that allows for account creation, generation of mini-statements, disbursement status, loan balances, loan application and repayment. To withdraw via this option, simply;

2. Login using your PIN
3. Update your personal details
4. Select ‘Withdraw’
5. Enter amount to withdraw
6. Enter your M-PESA PIN
7. Await the SMS confirmation from M-PESA.

4. HELB Mini App

This application is different from the Mobile app since it is accessible as a mini program via Safaricom’s M-PESA app. To withdraw HELB funds via this option, simply;
