Co-op bank customers especially mco-op cash users were shocked when they discovered that they could not access the advance loans services available via the MCO-op app and USSD *667#
Inquiries raised by concerned users to the bank via their Facebook page only exhibited responses that the service was under maintenance and it would soon be back.
