LittlePesa Loan App Download And Registration
Download and install the LittlePesa loan app available from the Playstore.
For the first time applicants click on ‘Don’t have an account! Sign up Now’ and select your preferred loan type between short term loan, product financing/flexpay or both.
Enter your mobile phone number, national ID, surname & other names, email, gender, date of birth, employee type, name and net salary.
How To Apply For LittlePesa loan
Read, accept the app’s terms and conditions then click on ‘Sign Up’ to proceed.
On the next screen, proceed and send a copy of your ID and latest payslip to the email address info@littlepesa.com.
The ID shall be used for verification purposes while the payslip will guide when assigning loan limits.
Once the above is done, wait for the review process to complete and upon approval, you will receive an SMS confirming your loan limit.
Proceed and activate your account by entering your ID number and mobile phone number so as to receive an OTP to enter into the app so as to change the PIN to your preferred 4-digit code.
LittlePesa loan amount, Interest Rate and Repayment Duration
LittlePesa offers loan amounts ranging from as low as Ksh 1,000 to a maximum of Ksh100,000 at varying interest rates depending on the duration i.e 4% for 7 days, 6% for 15 days and 8% for 30 days.
Additionally, interest is always charged upfront meaning that the disbursed amount will be lower than the approved amount.
LittlePesa also allows the option of top ups as long as one is within the assigned loan limit.
How To Repay LittlePesa Loan
There are three options to repay LittlePesa loan i.e via
- LittlePesa app
- Safaricom ussd code *483*93#
- Paybill number 755141 and use your phone number as account number.
In the event of inability to make repayment upon due date,there is a provision for one-time automatic roll over of the outstanding with a nominal extra interest of 2% over the prevailing rate for another tenure.
