How To Send Mpesa Statement To Zenka [2023]

As part of Zenka’s loan application process, you will be required to finish your Zenka loan application by submitting your 6-month Mpesa statement to docs@zenka.co.ke

To do this, you will need to complete the two steps outlined below;

• Change email address by dialing the ussd short code *234*5*1*3# whereby you will be required to enter and confirm the new email address i.e docs@zenka.co.ke

Additionally, you need to also submit your national ID or any registration document number.

• Generate 6-month Mpesa statements by dialing the code *234*5*1*1*2#

Upon successful completion, you will receive an SMS confirming that your Mpesa statement has been sent to docs@zenka.co.ke
