In our previous articles, we highlighted how one can retrieve KRA PIN using only ID number and also retrieve and reprint KRA PIN certificate.
In this post, we are going to focus on how to retrieve the email address used during registration.
To do this, simply follow the below procedure.
- Navigate to the itax portal
- Click on the ‘Report Problem’ link located at the top right of the page.
- Enter your KRA PIN in the respective empty field and then click on any area outside of the page.
Your name and email address will automatically be generated on their respective fields.
