1. African Alliance mandate form fully completed, initiated, signed and dated
2. Identification documents e.g ID card or valid passport
3. Proof of bank details (certified copy of bank statements or original cancelled cheque)
4. KRA PIN number
5. 1 recent color passport size photo per account holder
6. Proof of residential address – utility bill/copy of lease
Corporate
1. Original certified copies of Directors and/or authorized signatories Identification Documentation and/or Passports and
2. Original certified copies of Memorandum, Articles of Association and a Certificate of Incorporation and
3. Original certified copy or original cancelled cheque/bank statement bearing the logo of the bank as proof of bank details in
the name of the Corporation and
4. List of authorized signatories and specimen signatures and
5. Resolution of directors appointing authorized signatories to act on behalf of the corporation in respect of this investment

Deposits to the AAKSF can only made to the bank details provided and copies of the deposit slip faxed or delivered to the offices of African Alliance attached to the instruction form.
For cheque deposits, they should be made payable to African Alliance Kenya Investment Bank

African Alliance Kenya Shilling Fund Withdrawal Options
Withdrawals can only be made to the bank account of the unit trust holder as per account details provided in the African Alliance MMF account opening form whereby payments will be made within 7 days of receipt of the withdrawal instructions.
In addition, a clearance period of 30 days will be required where the investments have been made by debit order before a withdrawal can be authorized and a clearance period of 14 days will be required where the funds have been made by cheque before a withdrawal can be authorized

African Alliance Kenya Shilling Fund View Statement Options
Account statements are sent monthly for free via email to the email address indicated on the account opening form. In absence of the email address, the statement will be sent via post whereby postal charges will be incurred.
