How To Contact CRB Kenya In 2023

Communication is a very important aspect in any given situation. Whether in a business or household setting, proper communication or lack there-of could eventually lead to the progression or de-escalation of a given subject matter.

Be it via email, website, social media or brick-and- mortar location, the presence of communication channels for any service  provider, gives its users a platform to convey feedback or seek solutions to problems encountered while using said service.

This is a strategy that has been adopted by majority of businesses and institutions in Kenya including credit reference bureaus.

Generally referred to as CRBs, they provide a credit information sharing platform whereby financial institutions can refer to in-order to make lending decisions.

Similarly, CRBs can also be utilized by individuals to know their credit status through credit reports, lodge disputes on wrong blacklisting as well as request for CRB certificate.
