1. REQUIREMENTS FOR ACCOUNT OPENING

To open an account with Faida Investment Bank, you will need to fill in the FIB Clients Account Opening Form

Individual

• Copy of your National ID
• Current Bank Statement/Utility Bill (should not be older than six months-one page of the same is enough)
• Passport-sized photo
• KRA PIN certificate.

3. ONLINE TRADING REGISTRATION

Navigate to the online trading portal

Click on ‘Register Now!’

You will be redirected to the User Registration page whereby you will be required to input CDS code, National ID/Passport ID or Incorporation No and email address.

Click ‘Submit’

4. MOBILE TRADING REGISTRATION

Download, install and launch the Faida M-trader app.

Proceed with registration by clicking on the ‘Open New Trading Account’ Tab.

5. FEES

Commission is charged on all transactions both (buy & sell). For transactions:

• Below Ksh 100,000, fee is 2.1%
• Ksh 100,000 and above, fee charged is 1.84%

7. FUNDS WITHDRAWAL

Withdrawal to can be lodged through the Mobile App or by calling the office on 020 7606026 and asking the attendant to request the withdrawal for you.

Also after opening an account, one is assigned a wealth manager who goes on to assist you in such times.

8. STATEMENTS AVAILABILITY

One can access statements through mobile app, the Faida M-Trader. Or through an email to info@fib.co.ke with full name, ID number, CDS account and phone number.

Alternatively, one can request for one through the wealth manager allocated to one upon opening an account.
