Upon the lapse of the 30 day repayment period, a rollover fee of 7.5% is effected on the next day.
If you fail to pay for a period of 60 days even after effect of the rollover fee, upon repayment you will not be able to access any other loan until the lapse of a 30 day period.
2. Branch
Upon the lapse of the 30 day repayment duration, upon repayment, you will not be able to access any loan for a duration of 7 days and also your loan limit will be reduced.
3. Saida
Upon the lapse of the 30 day period, you can,request for an extension period through the app which ranges between 2 days to 7 days.
No penalties are charged for repayments within these grace period.
4. Tala
Upon lapse of the 30 day period, you will be issued a grace period of 7 days upon which a penalty fee of 5% will be charged on the outstanding loan amount.
