You do a Name Search at Sheria House by writing a Letter to the Registrar seeking to reserve say 3 names. Each name costs kshs. 100/=
Once the Name is reserved, you fill in the Form and print it back to front (on the same sheet of paper). You can also pick this form attached from Sheria House and fill it by hand. Then pay kshs. 800 and await certificate of Registration.
