Account Opening Options
Zimele currently offers two (2) registration options to the funds. These include downloadable android app and online service portal.
Mobile App
1. Download, install and launch the Zimele app ( Android )
2. Click ‘Open Account’
3. Grant the Zimele app permission access to take pictures and record videos
4. You will be directed to the online account opening form requiring you to accurately fill in the required fields as well as provide the necessary attachments
5. Upon completion, agree to the terms/conditions and click ‘Submit’ to finalize the registration process
Online Service Portal
1. Navigate to the Zimele online form accessible via this link
2. Proceed to click on the ‘Application Form’ tab
3. Select the Account type as Unit Trust
4. Select the Fund type as ‘Money Market Fund’
5. Select your preferred application type from the list of options provided and complete the various forms associated with your selection
6. Once done, accept the terms and conditions then click ‘Submit’

Mobile App
1. Download, install and launch the Zimele app ( Android )
2. Click on ‘Deposit’
3. You will be directed to the M-Pesa deposit form requiring you to fill in the required details such as phone number, account no/ID No. and deposit amount
4. Once done, click ‘Proceed’ to activate the M-Pesa STK push which will require your M-Pesa PIN for the transaction to be processed.
Online Service Portal
1. Login to your Zimele customer portal account
2. On your dashboard, click on ‘Deposit’
3. Choose your preferred deposit method from the available options ( M-Pesa/bank/standing order) and use the details provided to effect the deposit transfer to your account.
Standing Order
1. Fill in the online standing order form available at Zimele deposit page
2. The required details include your full name & account number, email address, originating bank name & branch, standing order amount & date. Also, attach a certified copy of the application for standing order form from your bank
3. Upon completion of the above, agree to the terms & conditions and click ‘Submit’
Zimele Money Market Withdrawal Options
Zimele currently offers two (2) withdrawal options from the money market fund which include mobile app and online service portal whereby withdrawal processing lead times are usually 72 working hours.
Similarly, there are also two (2) channels with which one can receive the funds i.e M-Pesa and bank transfers. Bank payments are done either via EFT or RTGS. EFT are for funds above one (1) million while RTGS are for funds below one (1) million

1. Download, install and launch the Zimele app ( Android )
2. Click on ‘Withdraw’
3. You will be directed to the withdrawal page requiring you to provide your details for the withdrawal request. Such details include; your full names, email address, account number, passport/ID number, phone number, preferred payment method (bank/M-Pesa) as well as withdrawal amount.
4. To proceed, accept the terms & conditions and click on ‘Submit’
Online Service Portal
1. Navigate to the Zimele online form and click on ‘Withdrawal Form’
2. Select your account type, unit trust type & account and proceed to fill in as per the requirements needed
3. Choose your preferred payment method and provide the details
4. Accept the terms & conditions and click on ‘Submit’
Zimele Money Market View Statement Options

1. Launch the Zimele App ( Android )
2. Click on ‘E-Statements’
3. Tap on ‘Unit Trust Online Statement’
4. Login with your ID Number & Password
5. Click ‘Check Statements’
6. Under Money market account type, tap ‘Statement’ to view your account statement online as well as download it as PDF
Online Service Portal
1. Navigate to the Zimele e-statements online portal
2. Click on ‘New portal’
3. Tap ‘Check Statements’
4. Under the Unit Trust Accounts section for money market, tap on ‘Statement’
5. Your account statement details will be displayed whereby you also have the option to download the statement as PDF
Zimele Money Market Application Forms
Currently, Zimele does not offer downloadable application forms but rather online forms which are accessible via the online service portal and Zimele mobile app.
