How To Find NSSF Username & Password In 2023

In-order to be able to use the NSSF e-service, one requires prior registration to the service. Currently, there are two member registration options available to the service i.e
1. Registration as an existing NSSF member
2. Registration as a new NSSF member

1. How To Register For NSSF e-service As Existing Member

Navigate to the NSSF existing member registration link and fill in the required particulars such as;

a) Generate a username & password ( to be used for all future logins)
b) NSSF number ( to check your NSSF number, click here )
c) ID number
d) KRA PIN ( to check your KRA PIN, click here )
e) Postal address
f) Email address & phone number
g) Complete the visual verification code and click ‘Save’

You will receive a confirmation stating that your creation request is successful. Proceed to print the summary details and submit it to any of the nearest NSSF branches.

2. How To Register For NSSF e-service As New Member

Navigate to the NSSF new member registration link and complete registration by providing the required details such as;

a) Generate a username & password
b) Full names, nationality & gender
c) Country of birth/date of birth/birth certificate issuer/ birth certificate number & issue date
d) ID type/number & issue date
e) KRA PIN ( click here to find your KRA PIN if registered )
f) Postal address/phone number & email address
g) County/district/location/village/estate/sub-location etc

Complete the visual verification code and click ‘Save’ to view a printable summary of all captured details to be submitted at the nearest NSSF office.

How To Activate NSSF e-service Account

After submission of either of the above printouts, you will be provided with an NSSF encoded key to activate your account.
For NSSF e-service activation, follow the below steps;

Go to the NSSF e-service activation link
Tap on ‘Member activation’ link
Input your username, password and NSSF PIN key
Proceed and click ‘Activate’ to finalize the activation process
