1. How To Reset NSSF PIN Via USSD Code

Dial *303#
Select option 1 for Member services
Type 0 to reset current NSSF PIN
Answer the security question
You will receive SMS containing new NSSF PIN

2. How To Reset NSSF PIN Via Whatsapp Bot

Download, install and launch Whatsapp [ Playstore / Appstore ] Save the NSSF Contact number 0704 303 303 and type ‘Hi’
Select option 1 for member services
Proceed to enter your 4 digit PIN.
If forgotten, press 0 to reset and answer a security question
Once answered correctly, your new PIN will be shared to you
