  1. I have a problem with signing in on this app.I registered using my phone no. and then I forgot my password. I requested from http://www.jambopay.com which they send me. I have tried to use it but all is in vain. Am unable to log in. What should I do?

    • i visited my facility last weekend, and was told my card could only cater for me if admitted in the hospital since the system indicated that i had not paid for the month of November 2018. after checking with our files in the office, it was confirmed that the payment for the month in question was made. do i ask for a refund or what now? got so disappointed.
