How To Transfer Money From Coop Bank To Mpesa Using Internet Banking [2023]

For the past month, Cooperative bank account holders have been a disgruntled lot after the bank decided to effect some security measures that affected its mobile banking app as well as its USSD platform. Users who tried using the USSD *667# were met with the below message.

Dear Customer, we are unable to confirm your details online for this transaction. We will assist you at any of our branches. Please visit the nearest one.

Many users complained about this inconvenience thereby blaming the bank of not contacting them earlier before implementing such a decision since most users are not able to visit the bank’s branches due to proximity or time factor.

If you happen to be among the above, you should not worry since Cooperative bank has provided the internet banking service with which you can use to access your funds until you find time to visit any of its branches to re-activate your mobile banking account.

To transfer money from cooperative bank to Mpesa using internet banking, you need to first create an account.

Login to the app and click on the ‘Transfer’ menu located at the bottom.
