In our previous article, we highlighted how one can reset Zenka PIN if forgotten. However, there are instances whereby users may forget both PIN and security questions thereby locking them out entirely from their Zenka accounts.
If you are among the statistics, do not worry. Please follow the below steps to regain access to your account.
Navigate to Zenka’s facebook page and click on the messenger icon.
State your issue that you have forgotten both your Zenka PIN and security question.
( Note: Zenka’s messaging platform is automated and it may take a while to get a response from an actual person )
For account verification purposes, you will be asked to provide a few accurate details regarding your account such as:
- Full name
- ID number
- Phone number
- Date of Birth
- Email address
- Value of your last Zenka loan
Once you submit the above details correctly, you will therefore receive a new PIN sent to you via the email address shared.
Proceed to launch the Zenka app, click on ‘Sign In’, enter your phone number and input your new PIN.
