Equity Bank Ranked 3rd In Customer Satisfaction Survey 2020

Equity Bank, the providers of the Equitel service have a reason to smile as they yet again bagged in another award in the recently concluded Kenya Bankers Association Survey 2020.

The #KBACustomerServiceSurvey2020 was launched in a bid to get customer feedback regarding the overall banking experience so as to make future improvements if need be.

According to the survey report, Equity Bank was ranked 3rd in the recognition for Customer Responsiveness and Satisfactory Digital Experience in the Tier 1 category alongside Stanchart bank and DTB which emerged 1st and 2nd respectively.

In the Tier 2 category, Family bank ranked 1st, followed by Ecobank then Prime bank.

In the Tier 3 category, Credit bank led the pack, followed closely by Sidian bank while Bank Of Africa took 3rd place.

In overall, the best bank in digital banking is Stanchart, the 2nd is Family bank and the 3rd is DTB
