Such apps offer additional features like sending money, making purchases, saving etc.

PesaZone is a loan app provided by PesaPro ltd. Apart from the loan option, the PesaZone app can also be used to purchase airtime from Safaricom, Airtel and Telkom.

NCBA Loop

NCBA bank is the provider of the NCBA loop digital banking app. Besides its several features among them being the option to buy airtime.

The airtime purchase is for Safaricom, Airtel and Telkom networks.

Bayes

Bayes loan app is the brainchild of Pi Capital ltd. Besides its loans feature, the app can also be used to buy Safaricom, Airtel and Telkom airtime for oneself and also others.

Senti

Senti by Roamtech started out as a loan app but the loan feature has since been retired.

In its place, Senti can now be used to buy airtime from Safaricom, Airtel and Telkom via the USSD option *359#

Saida

Saida loan app is a product of GreenShoe Capital INC. Saida can be described as an ‘all-in-one’ app due to the various features it provides.

One of such features is the buy airtime option whereby users can buy airtime for a variety of networks including Safaricom, Airtel, Telkom and Equitel

Timiza

Timiza is a product of ABSA bank Kenya. The app provides a variety of products including loans, purchase of insurance, booking of cab, transfer of funds etc.

Among the buy airtime option, users can use Timiza to buy airtime for Safaricom or Airtel.

HF Whizz

HF Whizz is a product of HFC ltd. The service can be used to manage one’s account, deposit cash, make payments, transfers etc

HF Whizz can also be used to purchase item via the HF Whizz loan app or USSD code *618#

Mkey

Mkey is an app associated with Finserve Africa. It originally started out as a loan app but the feature has since been disabled.

Among the functioning options is the ability to buy airtime from various network providers like Equitel, Airtel, Faiba, Safaricom and Telkom
