The Kenya Bankers Association (KBA) is an industry association that is responsible for reinforcing a reputable and professional banking sector in Kenya.

Its main focus is to lobby, advocate and champion industry development and innovation by coordinating its members and partnering with stakeholders on strategic initiatives, so as to to best support Kenyans who entrust their ambitions and hard-earned resources with its member banks.

It currently has 47 members who majorly comprise of Kenyan commercial banks.

Recently, KBA launched the #KBACustomerServiceSurvey in a bid to get customer feedback regarding the overall banking experience so as to make future improvements if need be.
