1. REQUIREMENTS FOR ACCOUNT OPENING

To open an account with DIB, you will need to fill in the Account Opening Form

For individual or joint account:

• ID / Passport copy
• 2 color passport size photos
• Evidence of physical address (utility bill, lease or tenancy agreement)
• Evidence of income (bank statement or pay slip)

For a corporation:

• Signed and sealed CDS 1
• 2 colour passport sized photos, ID copies, and utility bills of each director and signatory if any
• Board resolution on approval of account opening including account signatories
• Memorandum and articles of association
• Certificate of incorporation
• Company PIN certificate
• Evidence of physical residence (utility bill, lease or tenancy agreement)
• Evidence of income of the business (bank statement)

The originals of the above documents need to be sighted by Dyer & Blair Investment Bank staff for certification or certified by a notary public.

2. TRADING PLATFORMS

Dyer and Blair offers 2 trading platforms namely;

• Online trading
• Mobile trading – Android and iOS

3. ONLINE TRADING REGISTRATION

Navigate to the online trading portal

Click on ‘Register Now!’

You will be redirected to the User Registration page whereby you will be required to input CDS code, National ID/Passport ID or Incorporation No and email address.

Click ‘Submit’

4. MOBILE TRADING REGISTRATION

Download, install, launch and follow the prompts to activate the app.

5. FEES

Commission is charged on all transactions both (buy & sell). For transactions:

• Below Ksh 100,000, fee is 2.13%
• Ksh 100,000 and above, fee charged is 1.84%

Annual maintenance fee of Ksh 1200
