How To Send Money From Mpesa To I&M Bank Account

To transfer money from your Mpesa account to I&M bank account, follow the steps below.

Via SIM Toolkit

1. Go to phone SIM toolkit
2. Navigate to the Safaricom menu and click on ‘M-PESA’
3. Select Lipa Na M-PESA
4. Choose the Paybill option
5. Enter the Paybill number 542542
6. For account number, enter your I&M bank account number
7. Enter the amount to be transferred
8. Enter your M-PESA pin
9. Confirm that all details are correct and press ‘OK’.

Via mySafaricom App

1. Download the mySafaricom app from the Google Playstore
2. Tap on the M-PESA menu
3. Select Lipa na M-PESA
4. Choose Pay Bill
5. Enter the Business No as 542542
6. Enter the Account Number as your I&M bank account number
7. Enter the amount to be transferred
8. Click Continue
9. Confirm the details in confirmation message prompt and click Send
10. Enter your M-PESA pin
