KYC Requirements

Individual/Joint

1. Certified copy of ID/Passport are attached for all the applicants and nominees
2. Cheque, bank transfer confirmation, direct deposit slip or any other applicable proof of investment is attached
3. Original bank statement for the last 6 months, certified copy of void/cancelled cheque or a certified photocopy of an ATM card
4. Signed banker’s cheque commitment form
5. Customer declaration form (individual)
6. Risk assessment form
7. KRA PIN number

Corporate

1. A resolution mandating investment of funds, authorized signatories and signing mandate.
2. Certified copy of registration/incorporation certificate.
3. Registered company – Memorandum & Articles of Association. Trust – Trust deed. Partnership – Partnership deed.
Welfare group – Constitution or By-laws.
4. Latest Annual Returns to Companies Registrar which includes; Particulars of (I) Directors and Secretaries (II) Share Capital
5. Certified copy of ID/Passport for directors or authorized signatories. (Filled under Corporate Applicant Section B on Page 2)
6. One of the following: Cheque/Bank transfer confirmation/Direct deposit slip/any other applicable proof of investment.
7. One of the following: Original bank statement for the last 6 months/Certified copy of a void or cancelled cheque/Certified copy of an ATM card
8. Photocopy of PIN certificate
9. Certified copy of ID/Passport as follows: Registered Company – for the Board Chairman and the Managing Director.
Trust – the Trustees, Partnership – the partners. Sole Traders – the principal owner; Welfare group – authorised signatories
and the officials(Executive or management committee)
10. Audited Financial Statements for the last 1 year.
11. Signed Banker’s Cheque Commitment form
12. Customer Declaration Form
13. Risk Assessment Form
